Where should I drop off my clothes?
At Wash-It-laundromats premises at Bosman's Club Apartments, Unit 3, Distillery Road, Stellenbosch
How will I know that my laundry has been cleaned & is ready?
You will receive an email notification when your laundry is ready for collection
What time will I get my laundry back?
Standard order processing time is 48 hours
Express service at a 10% premium:
Drop off before 09:00 and collect at 17:00
Drop off after 09:00 and collect next day
Do I need to bring my own detergent?
No the washers are connected to an automatic dosing system that will introduce just the right amount of detergents based on the washing program selected and weight of the laundry
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Snapscan, Zapper. Card payments will be available soon
Can I self-wash more than 5 kgs at one time?
Yes, our wash and dry machines have a 10kg capacity per load
